Dear Business Owners and Sponsors,
It's that time of year again where the snow is melting, days are getting longer, and Spring is in the air. It's also the time of year that we start thinking about the 66th Annual Mancelona Bass Festival. This year's festival will be held from June 2-5, 2022 and will be held at Palmer Park located in the village of Mancelona.
The 2021 Mancelona Bass festival was one for the record books. If you attended last year, you would have seen a record attendance., crafters selling out of product, and our largest car show that we've had to date. All of these events that you have come to enjoy in pervious years will be back in 2022.
Once again, we are expanding our crafter area to include new crafters and vendors. We are adding new food vendors on top of those we have had in previous years. T.J. Schmidt Amusement will be back again this year. Keep an eye out for some of their new rides!
In 2021, the Mancelona Bass festival Board of Directors made a commitment to not only continue putting on one of the best festivals in the area, but also sought out groups in the Mancelona Community that would benefit from some of the proceeds of the festival. Listed below are some of the events that we helped organize and fund:

College Scholarships for the Mancelona Bass Festival Queen and Students at Mancelona High School.

Special Needs Day for over 200 students throughout Northern Michigan at the Mancelona Bass Festival.

Santa Parade and a partnership with the DDA in decorating the Village of Mancelona for the Holidays.

Increase the number of events Miss Mancelona attends throughout the year to promote the Village of Mancelona.

The Bass Festival Community Breakfast which is "free" to all residents of Mancelona.
For the Mancelona Bass Festival to build onwhat we have, and offer the community a great festival each year, we are asking for your support. We have several sponsorship levels that are available for you to choose from and are available for you to review. We understand that this year has been difficult for several business' and that is why once again we have added a "Friends of the Bass Festival" donation category where you will be recognized and still be able to donate.
