About Mancelona Bass Festival

Mancelona Bass Festival, Inc. was started in November of 2007.  This group came together in an effort to continue the 52 year tradition of a festival in Mancelona.  Thanks to the former Mancelona Bass Festival Association for their past efforts, high standards, and support in continuing the Bass Festival. Also, a special thanks to our neighbors from the National Trout Festival for their help and guidance.

The Bass Festival is really an extension of our community.  Our executive committee has a Chairperson, a treasurer/ secretary, and other at-large members.  The executive committee is a seven member board which makes decisions regarding fesitval events and activities.  Members are appointed to the Executive Committee.

Anyone interested in working with the festival is welcome to inquire.  The committee desires to have new members and leadership, so the festival can continue into the future.
